How To Setting Valve HONDA
Interested in trying to set the valve Honda motorcycles you own? 
But remember, the wrong settings can affect the performance of your motorcycle.
Before starting, prepare the following 
equipment: 
1. Screwdriver (-) 
2 large. Key T 17 (for motor Supra X 125/Kharisma) 
3. Key T 14 (for motor Supra Fit, Tiger) 
4. Ring 8-9 (for motor type of duck) 
5. Ring 10-11 (for motor type Sport) 
6. Ring 17 (for motor type Sport) 
7. Ring 24 (for motor type of duck) 
8. Fuller gauge 1set 
9. Wrech Adjusting Valve (valve lock) How:


1. Open both valves closed (In and Ex) using the key ring 17 (type of duck) or Key Ring 24 (Sport Type) 
2. Initially position the valve-free so that the condition or position of the piston at top dead point (TDC), by way of opening and closing of the magnet at the left engine block using a screwdriver (-) large (there are 2 pieces), Key Ring use 14/17 to rotate the crankshaft counter with clockwork. 
3. While rotating crankshaft, look at the valve in motion, look at the little hole in the block magnet, position the T mark on a straight line in a small hole magnet blocks. 
4. Then hold and wiggle the second valve to ensure it is in the free position. 
5. If the above steps are correct, then do the valve adjustment with the size for each of the following motors; * Type of Sport (Tiger, Mega Pro, GL Pro, Phantom) size = 0.10 mm (± 0.01 mm). * Type of duck (Supra Fit, Grand, Legend, Supra X, Win, GL 100) valve gap size = 0.05 mm (± 0.01 mm). * Type of duck (Supra X 125, charisma, Kirana) valve gap size = 0.03 mm (± 0.01 mm) * Type Matik (Vario) size slit valve (valve-in: 0.15 mm (± 0.01 mm) Valve Ex: 0.26 mm (± 0.01 mm)) is the tuning mode, loosen the tappet adjuster nut fastener (bolt valve suits) using the Ring 8-9 / 10-11 
6. Then put Fuller gauge the size of the tip into the valve slit valve stem, turn the adjuster tappet (valve suits bolts) until you feel fuller gauge when on the pull feels sluggish and if not encouraged. 
7. Then harden again suits the valve nut and re-check the valve stelan result was, until the result is right, (if fuller gauge was pulled drag and thrust can not be) 
8. Close back all the components that had been opened and then tasted the results.
